Thank you for your inquiry. You must be both a citizen and a resident of one of our selected countries (Kuwait, Oman, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, or Libya) in order to apply.

I’m a Kuwaiti woman and interested in your programs especially Election Campaigning witch will take place during the U.S. 2012 elections,
Since I’m thinking seriously to be a candidate in the near future, I think this will be great opportunity to me, unfortunately I don’t meet one of the eligibility requirements close no 2 is the only obstacle witch will not allow me to apply for the program, since you require age from 25-38, and I’m 47

What if we are interested by one of the programs, and have more experience/skills in the other one? My interest goes to the elections program but i have been working with NGOs and civil society for a couple of years.
    Thank you

You should apply and mention and explain your area of interest. If you are selected for an interview, we will discuss in more detail your interests and experience.

Thank you so much for your interest in this program. You are correct that you are the perfect type of candidate that we are looking for. However, the program is designed for fellows ages 25 to 38 and unfortunately we cannot make exceptions to this age limit. We will be sure to keep you in mind for future programs in Kuwait.
