  1. I am a citizen of Kuwait, Oman, or Bahrain
  2. I am 25-40 years of age
  3. I am a university graduate with the equivalent of a Bachelor's degree or higher
  4. I have proficiency in English and will be able to operate effectively in work environment
  5. I have demonstrated leadership abilities and relevant experience in and commitment to a career in the public sector such as participation in civic education activities, environmental issues, and community improvement. Involved in the community development and works with other groups and teams for the purpose of creating awareness and building capacity.
  6. I have a minimum of 3 years professional experience in relevant field.
  7. I am committed to follow on activities in my country. As a measure of success this exchange program requires that the candidate makes presentations to 20 or more colleagues to inform them of the program outcome and share their learning and experience.
